Healthy Banana Pancakes

Two-ingredient banana pancakes are much healthier than your average sweet treat. This delicious snack takes minutes to cook and works perfectly topped with honey,  or sprinkled with chopped fruits and nuts.


1 Medium Banana

2 Eggs


Peel the banana and mash in a large mixing bowl.

Crack and whisk the eggs, in a separate bowl

Slowly add the eggs to the mashed banana, whisking as you go. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and as lump-free as possible.

Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and grease with butter.

Let the butter melt and begin to sizzle, before using a ladle to pour a small amount of the mixture into the pan.

Cook until the pancake is golden brown on one side, this should take between 3-5 mins. Use a spatula to flip the pancake. Cook the other side for the same time

Repeat until you’ve made 3-6 small pancakes.
